Stuart Biel

Stuart leads the leasing and merchandising efforts for Federal Realty’s mixed-use assets and properties with large-scale redevelopment potential in the Eastern region.

Since joining Federal in 2005, Stuart has held multiple leasing roles focusing primarily on the existing mixed-use properties, as well as on the ground-up development of Assembly Row in Somerville, MA, Pike & Rose in North Bethesda, MD, and Cocowalk in Coconut Grove, FL.

Stuart holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He currently lives in Bethesda, MD with his wife and two daughters.
