We have the ability to creatively structure transactions to meet the owners’ estate and tax planning objectives, such as issuing OP Units and assuming existing loans if the debt is uneconomic to retire at closing.
Minimum gross leasable area of 75,000 square feet. Minimum investment of $15 million.
We require a minimum population of 50,000 within a three-mile radius of the property.
