Mark oversees all aspects of development and redevelopment for Federal Realty’s Philadelphia region assets. Since joining the company in 2017, he has played a key role in shaping projects across New York and Philadelphia, bringing strategic vision and execution to complex developments. In 2019, he was promoted to Vice President, Development, expanding his influence in advancing the company’s best-in-class real estate portfolio.
With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Mark’s expertise spans large-scale development, retail, acquisitions, joint ventures, leasing, entitlements, construction, and financing. He has led the acquisition and development of over 3.3 million square feet of commercial real estate valued at more than $1.2 billion, negotiated over 800,000 square feet of commercial leases, and closed $750 million in loans.
Before joining Federal Realty, Mark served as Director of Development for Blumenfeld Development Group and was previously Vice President with The Related Companies.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Scranton and is an active member of the Long Island Real Estate Group (LIREG), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
