Laura Houser
Vice President, Human Resources
Laura oversees all aspects of human resources at Federal, including compensation, employee benefit programs, talent acquisition, employee development, performance management and compliance.
Laura joined us in 2002 as a human resources assistant. She was promoted to benefits manager in 2007, human resources manager in 2009, and was named director, human resources in 2016. Prior to joining Federal, Laura worked for Equity Residential and Access Intelligence in a variety of IT and administrative positions.
Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from Mount Saint Mary’s University and holds PHR and SHRM-CP Certifications.
