Laura leads Federal Realty’s award-winning Human Resources department, where she champions strategies that nurture a high-performing and engaged workforce essential to the company’s success. Her areas of oversight include talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits, ensuring these initiatives are aligned with Federal’s strategic goals.
Since joining the company in 2002, Laura has progressed through various HR roles, reflecting her extensive experience and leadership in the field. Her contributions have shaped the company’s talent management strategy that supports a positive company culture, promotes employee retention, and facilitates career advancement.
Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Mount Saint Mary’s University and maintains PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
