Lance Billingsley

Lance oversees large-footprint tenant transactions for 80 shopping centers, representing over 12 million square feet of leasable space from the Boston suburbs through South Florida, including portfolios in New York, New Jersey, Chicago, Philadelphia, and metropolitan Washington, D.C.

Lance rejoined Federal in 2018 as vice president, anchor leasing. He previously served as senior vice president of leasing at InvenTrust. Prior to that, he held the position of director, anchor tenant leasing at Federal for 4 years. A 30-year industry veteran with experience at Brandolini Companies, First Washington Realty, Inc., and Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust, Lance’s expertise includes leasing, asset management, design and development of shopping centers. He has successfully completed transactions with national retailers including Wegmans, Target, Whole Foods, Home Depot, Lowe’s, TJX, Nordstrom, REI, and several other anchor tenants throughout his extensive career, and has co-developed prominent ground-up retail projects in Philadelphia.

Lance holds a bachelor of arts in English from James Madison University.
