Jonathan Stoeckly

Jon oversees Federal Realty’s development activity across the Western Region, guiding the ongoing evolution of a portfolio that includes some of the most prominent retail destinations in the country. He joined Federal in 2025.

Jon brings more than a decade of experience delivering significant retail and mixed-use projects in complex California markets. Before joining Federal, he held several leadership roles at Macerich, most recently serving as vice president of development, where he led executive-level project management and long-term, strategic planning efforts across a broad group of regional assets. Earlier in his career, he practiced real estate law in Los Angeles with a focus on commercial acquisitions, development, and land use.

He serves as treasurer of the Earl and Anna Broady Foundation, which provides scholarships to underserved students in the Los Angeles area. Jon holds a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California. He is an active member of the California State Bar and is proficient in Spanish.
