Jill Sawyer

Jill Sawyer is Senior Vice President of Investor Relations at Federal Realty Investment Trust. She is responsible for shaping the company’s communications with the investment community and articulating Federal’s value proposition to shareholders, analysts, and other key stakeholders.

Jill brings more than 15 years of experience across investor relations, capital markets, and equity research. Most recently, she served as Head of U.S. Investor Relations at Viatris, a global healthcare company. Prior to that, she led the investor relations program at Prologis, the world’s largest logistics REIT, where she and her team earned multiple top industry honors for their work with the investment community.

Earlier in her career, Jill spent seven years in equity research, including five years on the Institutional Investor-ranked REIT team at Citi. She began her career in commercial real estate banking and credit analysis at Santander Bank. Jill holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her broad industry perspective and capital markets expertise contribute to Federal’s continued focus on strategic execution and transparency.
