Elizabeth I. Holland

Liz is chief executive officer and general counsel of Abbell Associates, a 75-year-old private real estate company that specializes in investment, development and management of shopping center, office and enclosed mall properties. Liz is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Commercial & Retail Council – Blue.

Prior to joining Abbell, Liz was a senior staff attorney with the National Bankruptcy Review Commission. Previously, she was a restructuring and business reorganization attorney with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York, and previously, she was a fixed income portfolio manager at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in New York. Additionally, Liz served as chairman of the board of trustees for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for the 2016 – 2017 term.
