Dawn Becker
Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary
Dawn is responsible for overseeing Federal Realty’s legal strategy and activities and for directing our day-to-day operations, including human resources, information technology and sustainability. She also advises our board of trustees on corporate governance issues and serves as corporate secretary.
Dawn joined Federal Realty in 1997 and was appointed General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer in 2002. She became Chief Operating Officer in 2010 and assumed oversight of administrative functions in 2016. She serves as a member of our investment committee.
Dawn received a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Bucknell University and holds a Juris Doctorate from Stanford University School of Law. She serves on both the Board of Trustees and the real estate advisory board for Bucknell University, is a member of the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
