David W. Faeder

Dave serves as managing partner of Fountain Square Properties, a diversified real estate company, which he founded in 2003.

Prior to founding Fountain Square Properties, Dave held the positions of vice chairman, president, and executive vice president and chief financial officer at Sunrise Senior Living, Inc. Prior to that, he served as vice president of Credit Suisse First Boston, vice president of Morgan Stanley and Company, Inc., and held several accounting positions with Ernst and Whinney, Better Homes of Virginia, and Goodman and Company.
