Chris Fleming

Chris oversees the strategy and performance of the Federal Realty’s Northeast portfolio working closely with the leasing, development, finance, operations, tenant coordination and construction teams to optimize opportunities for the portfolio.

Chris joined Federal in 2007 as a development finance manager and has since held various other positions within the company, most recently serving as vice president, asset management for the company’s Philadelphia and New Jersey shopping center portfolios. Prior to that, he was a senior investment manager at Northmarq Capital, Inc., specializing in commercial real estate financing.

Chris holds a master of business administration from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and a bachelor of science in environmental studies from George Washington University.
