Brad Dutton

Brad manages all phases of construction for Federal Realty’s Northeast portfolio, including the multi-phase mixed-use development Assembly Row in Somerville, Massachusetts.

Brad, who joined the Trust in 2015 as director of construction, has over 20 years of experience in construction including 15 years with Boston-based Suffolk Construction Company, Inc., where he served in a variety of capacities and most recently as a senior project manager, where he was responsible for coordinating and managing all necessary resources throughout the entirety of projects, from start-up through closeout. His experience includes a wide range of project sizes and types including retail, high-rise residential, hotel, infrastructure and aviation.

Brad holds a bachelor of arts in management from Gettysburg College.
