Becca Walker
Vice President, Head of Legal, Real Estate
Becca leads Federal’s legal function with respect to all aspects of its operating properties, including leasing, landlord-tenant matters, development, and litigation management. In addition, she serves on the company’s ESG Council.
Becca joined us in 2015 and has held multiple roles within the organization. Prior to her current position, to which she was appointed in 2023, she held the role of Director, Divisional Counsel. Her prior experience included commercial real estate matters, such as zoning and development entitlements, retail leasing, real estate litigation, and appellate litigation for a mid-Atlantic Am Law 200 law firm.
Becca graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland and Juris Doctor degree from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. She is a past President of the Commercial Real Estate Women’s Maryland Suburban Chapter.
