Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Amy leads Federal Realty’s strategic partnerships function across its national portfolio, with a focus on identifying and capturing the highest-value opportunities for growth through brand relationships and revenue diversification. Based in Southern California, she is responsible for cultivating partnerships and developing customized solutions that advance portfolio performance.
Prior to joining Federal, Amy spent more than a decade at Westfield/Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, most recently as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, where she negotiated multi-year brand partnership deals and built the firm’s retail pop-up and activation platform. Earlier, she founded The Leasing Studio, a boutique retail leasing consultancy representing more than 1.2 million square feet of shopping center space, and held leasing and brokerage roles at Madison Marquette Retail Services and Spaulding & Slye Colliers.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University and has served on the board of the Westfield Veterans Initiative, which she co-founded to support service members transitioning to civilian life and small business development.
