Leading development initiatives across the Northeast, Sarah specializes in advancing complex entitlements, executing large-scale projects, and fostering successful public-private partnerships. Since joining Federal Realty in 2019, she has played a key role in shaping dynamic mixed-use environments, including Assembly Row in Somerville, MA and Darien Commons in Darien, CT.
With a strong background in real estate development, Sarah previously held key roles at Forest City Realty Trust, where she led the design and execution of transformative mixed-use projects, including Parcel I at The Yards in Washington, DC, and the residential redevelopment of Ballston Common Mall in Arlington, VA.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from the College of the Holy Cross.
