Bob Franz

Bob oversees Federal Realty’s acquisition strategy on the West Coast, focusing on sourcing and executing income-producing investments that strengthen the company’s presence in key markets. Since joining Federal in 2015, Bob has led several high-profile acquisitions, including Camelback Colonnade in Phoenix, Grossmont Center in San Diego, and the Primestor Portfolio in Los Angeles, expanding Federal’s footprint and supporting its long-term growth objectives.

Previously, Bob held multiple roles for Schottenstein Property Group including overseeing and repositioning an Albertsons real estate portfolio and managing real estate acquisitions.

Bob received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
