Eligibility:
The winner will be selected at random and in the sole discretion of Federal Realty OP, LP. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. The total numbers of winners will not exceed one (1). We will notify the winner(s) via email. All prizes will be awarded, and a winner will be selected by November 5th, 2023. The winner must respond within one week of being notified of winning. Failure to respond will mean that the winner forfeits the prize. We are not required to award elsewhere any prizes forfeited by the chosen winner. Winner will be required to provide their address for mailing of the prize. Value of prize is discretionary and may be up to 2 (two) gift cards totaling up to $200.00. List of winner(s) can be obtained after November 5th, 2023 by emailing SScott@federalrealty.com. Transfer of prizes not permitted and prize cannot be redeemed for cash. Employees of Federal Realty OP, LP and its affiliates and subsidiaries, their advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families and members of their households are not eligible. All nominees and nominators may be required to execute affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release granting permission to use the winner’s name, photograph or other likeness for the purposes of advertising, trade, and promotion on behalf of Federal Realty OP, LP without further compensation. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Federal Realty OP, LP in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to Maryland’s conflict of law principles.
