Emily McLachlan
Vice President, Sustainability
Emily is responsible for driving forward Federal’s ESG program. This includes setting and implementing portfolio decarbonization strategies, managing the company’s solar portfolio, and overseeing all ESG reporting efforts.
Prior to her current role, to which she was promoted in 2023, she held multiple roles within the company, serving most recently as Director, Sustainability. Before joining us in 2018, she managed LEED and energy efficiency projects at Cushman & Wakefield for their Class A office portfolio.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Science in environmental science and management with a focus in ecology and a minor in communication from the University of California Davis.
