Patrick Inaba

Vice President, Construction and Tenant Services

Patrick manages all tasks related to the planning, documenting and delivery of all work required by new tenant leases throughout Federal Realty’s portfolio. With an annual construction budget of approximately $20 million, Patrick and his team fulfill the design, planning, entitlement and buildout requirements associated with the roughly 300 leases signed each year for anchor and small shop space.

Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the positions of group vice President, tenant services at The Mills Corporation and director, design and construction for the Diedrich Coffee Corporation. Patrick is an instructor of construction and tenant coordination for the ICSC JTR School of professional development.

Patrick holds a bachelor of arts in economics from the University of California Irvine, a California general contractor’s Llicense , a SCDP designation (Senior Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional), and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
