COVID-19 Resources for Tenants

Due to the novel Coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19), the United States and state governments have established programs that may provide individuals and small to mid-size businesses assistance to minimize the economic impact. We encourage you to research programs that may be applicable to your business or situation. The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has created a program which will provide capital and liquidity to certain businesses affected by COVID-19. Please note this Memo is for informational purposes and all programs should be properly researched and vetted by the individual/business.
